从前，有个少年，长着一双隐形的翅膀····他一直不知道他有双翅膀，直到有一天····他约一位端庄优雅的淑女去海边的悬崖边散步。淑女说很想下到海滩边上去看看，可是这时候太阳正要下山，少年于是说：“不如在山上看落日吧，一定很好看。”淑女不同意，竟然发怒了···她说：“你从来没有真正关心过我，也不知道我真正想要什么，你只知道按你的计划做事，我只是你摆在身边的摆设而已·····”说完淑女就生气地要走。少年没有办法，只能说：“好吧···我看看怎么下去。”于是手脚并用往悬崖下爬。太阳的光已经很微弱了，他也十分害怕，他小心寻找着可以抓的地方。这时候，他手里抓住的一个凹陷处——实际上并不是——飞出来一只海鸥，少年一惊，受松开了，他掉了下去····他整个人都吓得僵直了，心似乎要跳出来了，他心里大喊：我不想死我不想死！忽然，他觉得自己慢悠悠得像云朵般浮起来了，他自己也惊呆了，也很庆幸自己死里逃生。
