sustainable design requires a more budget friendly plan dealing with design mission. it means maybe those crazy form will farewell to us. in the future design will be based more on logic than passion, precise calculation will take place in stead of inspirational creation. the creativity will be used not only provide ethetics, comfort, style and other old mission but also balancing the nature sustainability and people needs, being more responsible on material use, emission, and cost.

in the design they tried to disturb less of the surrounding site, to keep the forest and hide building in the forest, to follow the natural embankment of the land. but the link between the building and the forest embodied with is the vision connection, means people can only view the forest sense from inside.

I believe that people themselves should also be embraced with the forest. small path should be built that lead people walking into the forest than forbid them walking into it.

the building is creating a environment that people inside will experience the outdoor quality. this is a idea I should study. but the design can do better on how to embrace the nature, making more intimate connection between nature and people.

sustainable healthcare architecture

designer's objective and mission shift from decorating and beautify living environment into providing healthier living environment. solving the dilemma of saving resources of our planet and affording human living need.

but if the environmental concern is not absorbed into capital thinking, designer has no power to make the change. the first thing for the designer is to use the knowledge to educate their cilent. in any cases designer is only the agent, not the power to change our society. we are the knowledge. how we influent the world?
